Originally from Framingham, MA, Kevin moved to Oregon in 1984 and is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and Regis University.
Kevin is the principal of the Luby Law Firm and is a past-President of the Washington County Bar Association. In addition to his duties with the WCBA, he serves as an arbitrator for both Washington and Multnomah Counties and for the Arbitration Service of Portland; serves as Municipal Judge for King City; is a past Judge pro tem in Washington County Circuit Court; is a CLE presenter and speaker; and has been involved for over 20 years in the Classroom Law Project’s Mock Trial Program as a judge, coach and regional coordinator.
Kevin is also a two-time bone marrow donor and has donated more than 12 gallons of blood over the years. In his copious spare time, he plays squash and golf, tries to play guitar and dreams of playing yubi lakpi.
Kevin is lovingly tolerated by Jane, his wife of more than 26 years, and his lovely and ever-questioning daughter Moira.
